1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer free shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling fee.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

6. Packaging & Security

All jewelry items are carefully packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery. We take special precautions to protect delicate and valuable pieces during transit.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

  • Refuse to accept the package, or

  • Record a video while opening the package and report to us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally occur. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  • Contact us with your order number.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate and offer a suitable resolution as per our policies.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Zeno Jewels will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

9. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
