Zeno Jewels Refund and Return Policy Overview

At Zeno Jewellery, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with meticulous inspection and secure packaging. However, in rare cases where an item is out of stock or fails quality checks, we may cancel your order. You will be notified promptly, and if payment was made online (not Cash on Delivery), a refund will be processed upon confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy

By purchasing from Zeno Jewellery, you agree to our terms and policies.

Eligibility for Returns

  • 30-day refund/exchange for items losing rhodium plating or shine (excludes personalized jewellery, festive items, coins, god pendants/idols, and silver chains).
  • Defective/wrong items, empty parcels, or damages must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Required for Returns:

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory for Damaged/Wrong Items):
    • single, unedited 360-degree video showing the sealed package and damage.
    • No claims accepted without video proof.
  • Size/Comfort Issues: Adjustable rings can be resized; report issues within 24–48 hours.

Refund Rules:

  • Store credit/replacement only (no cash refunds).
  • Credit notes are lifetime valid for future purchases.
  • Refunds (to original payment method) apply only for:
    • Damaged/wrong items.
    • Missing accessories (with unboxing video proof).

Return Process

  2. Pickup: Scheduled within 3 working days.
  3. Processing:
    • Returns take 15–20 days to reach our warehouse.
    • Replacements ship in 48–72 hours after inspection.
    • Store credit issued within 72 hours of return receipt.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free returns for store credit/replacement.
  • Unserviceable areas: Self-ship to our warehouse (up to ₹100 credited).

Warranty Coverage

  • 6-month warranty for plating issues (color change, tarnishing, or shine loss).
  • Exclusions: Gold/rose gold items, hallmarked silver with alternate colors.
  • Void if: Exposed to water/chemicals or mishandled.

Exceptional Refund Policy

Refunds (rare cases) deduct:

  • ₹200 minimum (logistics/handling fees).
  • Final amount communicated before processing.
